This site's composed of advanced tutorials for repairing any number of issues ordinary computer users have, both hardware & software. For now it's oriented towards Windows users. The site bears no responsibility for any repairs you may attempt on a computer.

For now, early May, 2008, fixyourownpc.net is very much a work in progress. We've got two tutotrials, one on using msconfig to configure startups in Windows, and running chkdsk, a Windows command line utility, to check for and even repair bad sectors on a harddrive.

Hopefully there is more to come soon. We'll be adding content as it develops. Thanks for visiting.
